Why I transitioned from Dance to Personal Training

I understand firsthand the consequences of poor posture during training. A knee injury caused by unconscious overload during ballet training brought my dance career to an unexpected end.

As a Personal Trainer, my mission is to help clients with postural issues develop exceptional body awareness and train effectively without pain.

Through my 3-Phase Foundational Coaching, I teach you the fundamental principles of intelligent training. Upon completion, you’ll have complete clarity about your training approach. You’ll know how to train pain-free and either correct your postural issues or effectively manage them during your workouts.
