From Personal Trainer to Posture Coach
When I made the career change from ballet dancer to personal trainer in 2019, I knew what distinguished me from other personal trainers.
As a dancer, I had an above-average body awareness and a posture that stands out. I made it my mission to combine this intuitive knowledge with theoretical knowledge, and continued to educate myself constantly after completing my personal trainer training.
It is a personal concern of mine to combine the approaches of personal training with those of posture training and to support people in improving their posture in the long term.

Posture analysis (€150):
We create professional posture photos. I analyze your posture with special software. You will find out what posture type you are.
In case of non-cooperation: You keep the analysis. In case of cooperation: Will be fully credited.
Appointment 2
Understanding your posture type:
You will learn your posture type and learn simple everyday techniques for better posture – without any training.
The focus: You develop a feeling for what correct posture feels like. Simple immediate techniques show you how small changes have a big impact.
Appointment 3
Everyday integration:
In this hour, we transfer the methodologies learned in the first hour into your everyday life.
We develop solutions that help you to perceive and actively change your posture better when lying, sitting, standing and walking. In addition, we form the foundation for the exercises of the following hours by working on the conscious control of individual vertebral elements.

Appointment 4
Your exercise program:
You will receive your individual exercise program. You practice independently for the next 3 weeks.

Appointment 5
Correction and adjustment:
I’ll see what’s going well and what needs to be adjusted. Together we optimize your progress.

Appointment 6
Conclusion and perspective:
Individual advice for your further path
In the final session, your personal questions are the focus. Together we will discuss:
- Integration of the learned techniques into your training (yoga, fitness, etc.)
- Deepening specific exercises according to your needs
- Practical tips for independent application
Making success visible
The conclusion is a before-and-after comparison based on photos. This way you can see and document your progress concretely.

What is the difference between the large posture coaching over 24 units and the compact coaching with six units?
The posture coaching compact is aimed at people who already have previous sports experience and can motivate themselves to train. The compact coaching is structured in such a way that you get exercises that you carry out on your own. Every three weeks I look at your work and give you new tasks.
Are six sessions together really enough to correct my posture?
That depends heavily on whether your malpositions are structural (bony) or functional (muscular). In the case of structural changes, such as a deformation of the spine or individual bones, it can take a very long time until a change is achieved. However, a change is much easier with a muscularly caused malposition. The client in the example pictures had purely functional malpositions, which is why a posture improvement was possible in the course of the coaching.
What is the difference to personal training?
Personal training increases your general fitness. Strength, endurance or weight loss are the focus, while posture is often just a side effect. My posture coaching specifically corrects posture weaknesses such as rounded back or hollow back through individual analysis (photos, software) and tailored exercises. It improves your body awareness and ensures a sustainably upright posture. While personal training makes you fitter, posture coaching optimizes your body position. What happens after the 12 weeks?

What does the posture analysis include and what happens to the results?
The posture analysis (appointment no. 1, €150) includes professional posture photos and a detailed evaluation with special software to determine your posture type. You will receive a written and visual summary. When booking a coaching package, the price of the analysis will be fully credited. Without continuation, you keep the analysis for your documents.
What is a “posture type”?
A posture type describes the individual characteristics of your posture, e.g. rounded back, hollow back or asymmetrical posture. The analysis shows which areas need to be specifically trained to optimize your posture.
How much self-work is necessary between appointments?
You should invest 10–20 minutes daily for the exercises. These are individually tailored to you and easily integrated into everyday life. I support you with questions at any time via email or phone (24/7 in the Basic, Premium and VIP packages).
What happens if I have too little time for exercises?
My posture coaching requires about 15 minutes of daily training to sustainably improve your posture, as well as an appointment every three weeks (a total of 6 appointments in 12 weeks). If you lack this time or do not consistently implement the exercises, the results are not guaranteed, as self-work is crucial. Compared to personal training or physiotherapy, which often require more time or appointments, my program is compact and efficient. In the free consultation, we clarify whether the time required is feasible for you, or whether a more detailed program with more support is a better fit.
What happens if I have to postpone an appointment?
Appointments can be postponed flexibly as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. Together we will find a suitable alternative date.
